RULES & REGULATIONS

  1. Participation is open to all students.
  2. Each team shall consist of minimum 2 and maximum 4 members.
  3. The case study will be provided on the spot (or prior to the event as informed).
  4. Teams will be given limited preparation time(45 min), during which the use of mobile phones, internet, or AI tools is strictly prohibited.
  5. Each team will be allotted 2-3 minutes for presentation, followed by max 15 minutes of question & answer session.
  6. Participants must adhere strictly to the time limit; exceeding it may result in penalty marks.
  7. Presentations must be made in English and in the prescribed format (PPT/verbal) as instructed by the coordinators. The slides should be min =1 and max = 3
  8. Evaluation will be based on problem understanding, analytical ability, feasibility of solutions, presentation skills, and responses during Q&A.
  9. The solution presented must be original. Any form of plagiarism or unfair means will lead to disqualification.
  10. Participants are expected to maintain professional discipline and decorum throughout the event.
  11. The decision of the judges shall be final and binding.
