RULES

  1. Standard arm-wrestling rules will apply.
  2. Both elbows must remain in contact with the elbow
    pads during the match.
  3. Grip must be neutral and agreed upon before the
    referee gives the start signal.
  4. Victory is declared when one player pins the
    opponent’s hand to the pad.
  5. Referee’s decision will be final and binding.

FOULS & DISQUALIFICATION

  1. Early starts (before referee’s signal).
  2. Lifting elbow off the pad.
  3. Using body weight or leaning off the table.
  4. Intentional slipping or delaying.
  5. Unsportsmanlike behaviour, abuse, or aggression.
