RULES

  1. Each move must be played with one hand only.
  2. Time duration of 1 match, 5+5 increment.
  3. Any other physical contact with a piece, except for clearly accidentalconsidered to be intentional.
  4. A player must press his/her clock with the same hand with which he/she made his/her move. It is forbidden for a player to keep his/her finger on theclock or to 'hover' over it.
  5. Only the player whose clock is running is allowed to adjust the pieces.
  6. If the player presses the clock without making a move, it shall be considered and penalized as if it were an illegal move.
  7. If a player uses two hands to make a single move and presses the clock, it shall be considered and penalized as if an illegal move.
  8. It is forbidden to distract or annoy the opponent in any manner whatsoever.
  9. Unless authorized by the arbiter, it is forbidden for anybody to use a mobile phone or any kind of communication device in the playing venue or any contiguous area designated by the arbiter.
  10. In case a dispute arises, the organizing committee's decision will be considered final.
  11. En passant is allowed.
  12. In case of a draw, a rematch should be arranged with a 3+2 increment
  13. Only 3 illegal moves are allowed.
