STAGES

This year’s IDRC (International Design Research Conference) calls for research papers that explore the different connections between water and architecture in Macro-Micro stages of design, from objects to architecture to principles of urban planning and design. To produce meaningful research outcomes of concepts of water and architecture that will transform cultural and climatic settings, researchers from multidisciplinary fields are hereby invited to propose, compare, interpret, and argue their ideas about water and architecture through the line of inquiry they would like to set.

IDRC 2023 thus seeks multidisciplinary research papers with a primary focus on water and architecture that express the requirements of the present while also considering the past and the future.
