We welcome participation of students of B. Arch & M. Arch courses from all the National and International Colleges, Academicians, Researchers, Industry Professionals, Consultants practicing Urban Design, Transportation, City and Regional Planning, Construction management, Project Management, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, MEP services, Heritage and Conservation to submit their original research papers relevant to the theme of the conference.
Maximum of 3 authors for research papers category shall be considered.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION:

• Abstracts should only be submitted online via mail to idrc@aditya-arch.edu.in
• All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.
• Abstracts should be based on any of the sub themes listed.
• The acceptable word range for the abstract is up to 250 words. The abstracts which do not meet this word limit may be asked for revisions.
• We encourage you to send informative abstract (complete abstract) which is a compendious summary of a paper’s substance including its background, purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion.
• Please send in a brief curriculum vitae and photograph of the author/s together with the Abstract.
• After having registered as an author, you will receive a confirmation by email.
• If you encounter any problems during the submission process or you do not receive any confirmation by email, please contact:  idrc@aditya-arch.edu.in
• The notification of acceptance/rejection of the abstracts submitted will be sent to you via email as per schedule.

FULL PAPER SUBMISSION

• Download the full paper template from the website available in word editable document. Do not change the predefined formatting settings in the document (such as paper size, orientation, margins (top, bottom, sides margins=1”), typeface, size, indents, spacing, headings, etc.).
• Full Paper must be written in English within 11-point Arial font, with double line spacing. The text should be justified.
• The acceptable word range for Full Research Paper is up to 3000 – 5000 words including illustrations, photographs, figures, tables, and references.
• Full paper should only be submitted online via mail to idrc@aditya-arch.edu.in

FEE:
Registration, and Paper submission is FREE.  All accepted papers will be published, and e-copy will be FREE for students and Rs 1,500/- for academicians and professionals.
