Admission Policy
Programs offered under NSDC are normally intended for individuals to take industry-related skill training that will help them to do job & earn money for better living.
A) Admission Process
- Prospective applicants interested in seeking admission in NSDC courses must follow the procedure given below:

- Login with your credentials received in E-mail
- Fill Registration Form online
- Pay application fee online
- Upload required documents
- Admission to NSDC course is not transferable to any other individual.
- The “Application to Admission” is the Enrolment Agreement between the applicant and the ACE. All students’ services are being provided by ACE.
- The applicant must have completed the admission process before the commencement date of the program.
- Normal expiry of admission occurs upon the completion of the student’s course, with the certificate having been awarded.
B) Fees
- Fees are payable by online payment mode only.
- Students are required to collect & retain the computerised receipts with Registration Number after the fee payment.
C) Methodology
- The medium of instruction for all courses is English. Each session of lecture/practice is normally of three hours, unless otherwise specified.
- Our teaching methodology will be Hybrid (online +offline). i.e 70 % classroom sessions (includes practicals, workshops, seminars, industrial visits etc) and 30% theory through video lectures.
- Students are expected to maintain 100% attendance for all lectures/practice sessions scheduled for the batch to get the full benefit of the course.
D) Identity Card
- Each student is issued an Identity Card which valid only for ACE.
- An identity card is valid only if it is stamped and signed by our ACE Admin.
- In case of loss of Identity Card, the student may request for duplicate Identity Card, subject to the approval of HOD, and on payment of the “Duplicate Document” fee.
E) Code of Conduct
- Every student will maintain proper discipline, integrity and dignity in the Institute’s Campus and will behave appropriately with Authorities, Faculties, Staff and other students of the Institute. Non-adherence to these norms may lead to admission being cancelled.
- Any student will neither indulge in any illegal, unlawful, or criminal activity, ragging, malpractice, misconduct, fraud nor will get involved in consumption of liquor, drugs, smoking or any other kind of addiction in any manner in the Institute premises which may lead to cancellation of admission.
- In case any student causes any damage to the property which belongs to the Institute the Institute will have all the rights to recover the damages caused by student and impose monitory fine.
- Failure to display continuing and participative interest in education may also lead to the cancellation of admission.
F) Cancellations/Refunds
- Cancellation request is to be submitted to the Admin Department of Institute. Upon receipt of the cancellation request, documents submitted at the time of admission will be returned to the student within 3 working days.
- Admission fees is non-refundable if the Course cancellation request is received after commencement of the course.
- The fees is refundable only if the student make the cancellation request at least a month prior to the scheduled commencement date of the course.
- Refund arising out of request in F(3)above, will be refunded to the student within 15 working days of the cancellation request.
- Refunds will be done at the ACE.
